These terms are an agreement between you and Savfor covering your use of the Savfor app and its services. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. We're currently in an early-access period, so features may change, break, or be rebuilt as we improve the app.
You own what you post — your saves, notes, scores, photos, and trips. By posting, you give Savfor permission to store and display that content within the service (for example, showing your saves to your followers). That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Savfor is for sharing real places with people you know. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else's rights; not to impersonate others or misuse someone's personal information; and not to scrape the service or interfere with its operation.
Every profile has a report option, and we review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may remove any content at our discretion to keep the service safe. You can block any user to stop seeing their content.
Itineraries, date ideas, hotel suggestions, and recommendations are generated with AI to give you a starting point. They can be wrong — places close, hours change, prices move. Always double-check details before booking or showing up. Savfor isn't a booking service and isn't responsible for your arrangements with any venue.
Maps come from OpenStreetMap, place data from Google, and preview photos may come from a place's own website or Wikipedia. That content belongs to its owners. Links you save point to third-party sites we don't control.
Savfor is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Savfor and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If a court finds liability despite this, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 — Savfor is free).
You can stop using Savfor and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. Sections about content ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive account closure.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be noted in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Questions: laureneoros@gmail.com.
